WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

The Hell Week From Home has clear rules and consists of theme days. One of the rules is that you get up at 5 am every morning and go to bed at 10 pm Below you can see the themes of each day. On average you spend 4 hours a day on the sessions. Except on Thursday, because then you stay up all night.

  • Monday // Habits – What habits do you have and how do they affect you?
  • Tuesday // Modus and focus – Which mood do you need for a strong focus?
  • Wednesday // Time management – How do you plan and structure your time based on your vision? 
  • Thursday // Out of your comfort zone – The toughest day of the week.
  • Friday // Rest and recovery – Learn how to rest qualitatively.
  • Saturday // Inner dialogue – Master your mindset.
  • Sunday // Integration and reflection of all lessons learned during the Hell Week From Home.

Hell Week Sessions

Sports and mindfulness sessions

One of the rules of the Hell Week From Home is that you spend at least one hour a day on movement. That is why we include a sports activity every day. This session will be at the start of your day, every day at 05.15 am On top of that, we will end each day with a mindfulness session at 09:30 PM. This is how we create a daily balance between action and qualitative rest.

During these sessions, 09.00 – 11.00 am, we will look at the different themes and zoom in on how you can optimize in this area.

We let you experience what kind of effect these and other good habits have on your productivity and energy level. Two important elements when it comes to experiencing happiness and freedom in your work situation. The more productive you are, the more output you can deliver in less time. Which means having more time to spend on other things you find important. Therefore this week is the beginning of a good and healthy work / life balance. 

Work sessions


The Hell Week From Home is focused on improving your productivity level. That is why you do not need to take time off from work to join the Hell Week From Home. Starting at 11:00 am you can plan your own work time combined with the joint work sessions during the day. 

Personally, we work in sprints of 60 to 90 minutes. If you want to know how we do that exactly, you can join the work sessions. In the sessions we log in together, take time to focus on the task(s) ahead and after that each works on their own to do’s.
